Project Overview

Trullii Modular Home Systems is a visionary Canadian initiative that redefines how housing is designed, built, and delivered. ABM was entrusted as lead design partner across the full spectrum of the project—from the development of modular housing typologies to the design of Trullii Genesis, a fully automated modular construction factory.

This multi-phase commission represents ABM’s most ambitious and integrated undertaking to date, bringing together architecture, interiors, and master planning to create a system of housing that is as scalable as it is human-centered.
